Personally, I find the design nice and it fits my ear very well and comfortably. First thing I tried was the ANC and wow! It is definitely one of the better ones I've experienced. Sound quality is pretty solid as well. At $179, my thought: it's a really good deal.
Love the noise cancelling function. Perfect for use while commuting. However, buds are slightly difficult to remove from the case unless i pinch them up via the silicon covers. Uses type C so i can use the same wires for my hp for this.
Brought a Lumos Tempo based on good review and it didn't disappoint me. Having problem with the initial set, but with the help from Jack and they rectified the problem and did a 1 for 1 exhanged. Now everything works well now. Highly recommend product and service.
