Our projectors are built with leading tech specs but cost a lot lesser due a direct-to-consumer business model where we sell without the middleman. We pass down as many cost savings as possible to the consumers so that they can enjoy a well-built projector at a great price!

As we operate on a e-commerce level, we do not have a physical store. To keep costs low, we cut all these physical costs such as rental, space, manpower, electricity in order to pass these cost savings to you and offer you the best value prices for our projectors.

For full payment, we accept all major debit cards & credit cards (e.g. VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). For instalment payments, we accept Atome (3 or 6 months) and Grabpay (4, 8, and 12 months) with 0% interest.* *For instalment plans above 4 months, it is subject to eligibility and a processing fee applies

For most of our models, there is a Regular and Smart version each.

Regular is like a regular projector. It does not support Wi-Fi & Bluetooth and requires an external input like a laptop/TV box via HDMI to display content. (Regular does not have keystone correction function)

Smart version has its own operating system. It supports Wi-Fi with Inbuilt Netflix, YouTube, Casting Apps. (You can also connect to laptop/TV box via HDMI or mirror your phone over WiFi wirelessly) 90% of our customers get the Smart version :)

Most of our projectors can be tripod-mounted. They come with a standard 1/4-inch screw hole, compatible with most tripod and camera stands. Please confirm with customer support team before purchase.

We currently do not sell mounting brackets or provide mounting services. Alternatively, you can opt for our RIZE PRO Adjustable Stand for a more convenient and less intrusive setup.

The projector works best on smooth white surfaces. Coloured or textured walls will absorb the colours and brightness, and hence not ideal. Alternatively, you may opt for our screw-free WALL projector screens for a hassle-free setup and great viewing screen!
Once sold, items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. As covered by the warranty, we do repairs/1-1 exchanges for product faults but refunds are not allowed once the original packaging has been opened. This is standard electronics industry policy. Our projectors come with a 1 year local warranty, automatically registered with your order ID. We also have a dedicated customer support team to help you resolve any issue via email or FB chat.
